Mr Knackstredt graduated with a combined Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University in early 2005. He is currently practising as a barrister at Seven Wentworth Chambers and previously worked as a solicitor at Clayton Utz. He is also the President of NSW Young Lawyers, a division of the Law Society of New South Wales. In addition to the law, he is interested in politics, international affairs and the world of music. In his spare time he sings, enjoys reading a good book, and likes to jog and play squash. A regular viewer of ABC news and current affairs programs, he also enjoys light entertainment, drama and satirical comedy, and is a keen listener of ABC Classic FM, Radio National and NewsRadio.
