Munthari & Rye Berry Sauce

Ingredients
1 qty Munthari berries
1 qty Rye berries
1 qty icing sugar
dry sherry
water
Method
- Crush berries and add to saucepan with icing sugar and water
- Add sherry and reduce down to sauce consistency
