Ingredients
Skinny Fish fillet -
1 Onion
1 Lemon
Black Pepper
2 Fresh red and yellow chilies
Mushroom Soy
Vinegar
Esky with ice or Fridge
Method
- Slice onion to make circles. Break and place in bottom of dish
- Cover the onion circles with a good helping of black pepper
- Slice the fish fillets paper thin so they cook in the vinegar quickly. Lay the fish on top of the onion rings
- Dice up the chilies and sprinkle over fish and other ingredients
- Slice lemon thinly and quarter them. Layer them on top of all the ingredients
- Sprinkle 3 capful of Mushroom Soy over the top of the onion, fish, pepper, chilli and lemon
- Pour over the top of everything a good covering of vinegar
- Now it is time to ruin your masterpiece by mixing up all the ingredients
- Place in esky or fridge for 20 minutes to half an hour
