Former West Indies captain Clive Lloyd has replaced Sunil Gavaskar as the cricket committee chairman at the International Cricket Council.
Gavaskar stood down in May after eight years in the job, amid concerns that his role was being compromised by his media commitments.
Lloyd played 110 Tests for the West Indies, averaging 46.67 and guiding his side to a position as the dominant cricketing nation in the world.
