Posted August 29, 2008 15:17:00

A Supreme Court judge has granted bail to a man who allegedly punched another man at a Brisbane service station.

Tal Naor, 29, was left unconscious at a Carindale service station in the city's east almost two weeks ago after he was allegedly king hit by 37-year-old Wilson Daniel Lee.

Mr Naor was placed in an induced coma at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and is now in a stable condition.

His alleged attacker handed himself in to police after a public appeal from investigators.

He will face a committal mention hearing in the Brisbane Magistrates Court next month charged with grievous bodily harm.

His lawyer Terry Fisher today applied for and was granted conditional bail on Lee's behalf.

Lee is to report to police three times a week and not contact any witnesses except for his daughter-in-law, Natalie Lee Baira.
