Socceroos midfielder Vince Grella and defender Mark Milligan have been ruled out of tomorrow morning's friendly match against the Netherlands in Eindhoven.

Both players suffered leg injuries at training.

Grella has had scans on his calf and is considered to be in serious doubt for Thursday morning's World Cup qualifier against Uzbekistan.

"Vincenzo has had an MRI scan and it doesn't look good," Verbeek said in an FFA statement. "It is going to be very difficult for him to be ready."

Milligan is rated a 50-50 chance to recover from an ankle injuries in time for the match in Tashkent.

Verbeek also spoke of his delight at Harry Kewell's fitness, but played down the significance of the result in Eindhoven.

"In the end, this match is about Wednesday's game (local time)," he said.

"Harry is fit, Harry is ready, Harry is fresh. It is good to see him in the group. Harry is back."
