Joel Corey has been crowned Geelong's best and fairest for the second time.

Corey took out the 'Carji' Greeves medal at last night's club presentation dinner after also winning the award in 2005.

He polled 591 votes to beat out last year's winner Gary Ablett (538), with Jimmy Bartel (522) coming in third.

Corey polled votes in 22 of Geelong's 25 games this year.

Cameron Ling finished fourth and has now finished at least fourth in seven straight seasons.

He also received the coach's award.

Harry Taylor was named best first year player and captain Tom Harley was best clubman.

Meanwhile Cameron Bruce took out Melbourne's best and fairest award for the first time.
