Quietly confident... Aurelio Vidmar says his players should settle quickly at home. (ABC News)

Adelaide United coach Aurelio Vidmar says his team is fit and eager to tackle the Uzbek champions, Budyodkor, in tomorrow night's Asian Champions League semi-final Hindmarsh Stadium.

Vidmar expects some nerves but believes his side to settle quickly and play competitively.

"Probably tomorrow as per usual with every game you get butterflies as you're coming towards Hindmarsh Stadium," he said.

"But [I'm] really confident that the boys can continue to perform as they have been.

"I think if the players give everything they've got they're always a very good chance of getting a result."

Adelaide is the first Australian team to have ventured this far into the ACL competition, and stands to receive a financial windfall should it qualify for the FIFA Club World Cup.
