Sister charged over 18yo's stabbing death

New South Wales Police have charged a 20-year-old woman from Sydney's inner-west with the murder of her sister.

Officers earlier discovered the body of her 18-year-old sister, with stab wounds to her neck, in a house at Strathfield late yesterday morning.

The 20-year-old was arrested at the house and taken into police custody.

She has been refused bail and is due to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today.
