Australian fast bowler Stuart Clark must prove his fitness today for the second Test against India starting in Mohali tomorrow.

Clark failed to bowl at training yesterday because of a sore elbow.

Fellow paceman Brett Lee says he expects Clark to play.

"He's a very tough character Stuart. He's obviously been waiting a very long time to be a Test bowler," Lee said.

"He's obviously done a great job the last couple of years since he's been here so I think he'd have to have a broken leg for Stuart not to play."
