Crawford to stay on with Hawks

AFL premier Hawthorn has confirmed Shane Crawford will play on for the Hawks in the 2009 season.

The veteran midfielder finally won a premiership this season after playing for the club for 17 years.

Crawford has been offered a one-year contract extension, and will remain a veteran listed player.

Meanwhile the Hawks have delisted four players - Luke McEntee, Garry Moss, Zac Dawson and Tim Clarke.

Cameron Stokes has been elevated from the rookie list.
