Murray-Darling prospects still grim

The Murray-Darling Basin Commission says there is little sign of relieving winter rates, as the basin's water storages remain at record lows. Commission chief executive Wendy Craik tells The Midday Report's Ros Childs the state of the river system will be even worse come spring.
