Daily Planet

Amos Lee didn't start playing guitar until he was at university. After a brief stint as a school teacher he decided to give a music career a go ... and came to the attention of both Blue Note Records and Norah Jones, who worked on his first record. Last Days at the Lodge is his third studio CD, and it proves that his decision was the correct one.

It's full of dark songs about life, with influences ranging from subtle country to slow jazz, all underpinned by his sweet guitar work and a voice that says just what it needs to say and no more.... relaxed and powerful at the same time.
