'Who is responsible?' is a question asked as to who will be accountable for the deaths of asylum seekers who were rejected by Australia and sent back to their own country or another one when it was determined by Australian immigration officials that they did not have a case for a well founded fear of their lives.
A well-founded fear will screen on SBS on Wednesday 19 November at 8:30pm.
