Why can't I see my grandkids?
Loss of contact is one of the fastest growing problems affecting older Australians.
One group says the broken bond is usually the fallout of divorce, when the wife or husband decides to punish their former in-laws by not letting them see the kids.
Many grandparents find themselves isolated with little support. And the ones who fight for access soon find the legal system doesn't have much to offer them.
