The ideas of British economist John Maynard Keynes are back in vogue as the G20 nations try to fix the global financial crisis.
Popular in the 1930s during the Great Depression, Keynes was out of favour by the late 1960s with the ascendancy of free market economics.
Now that global markets are in crisis, the G20 nations have resolved to spend their way out of trouble by pouring billions of dollars into stimulus packages.
