Tom Butler could not have entered the world of Out There

Miller discovers the truth about Tom: an "at-risk" kid from
Texas, Tom's past suggests that he will be nothing but trouble
for the Archers. But when they decide to give the boy a
chance, he sets out to prove that he's not the "bad kid"
that his history would suggest.
Tom proves to be a valuable friend to Miller and Aggie
both, bringing wisdom, skills and a courage gained in a
life unlike anything either of them has experienced. Still,
Tom has as much to learn as he has to teach. Life with
the Archers, work at the clinic and his deepening relationship
with Aggie and Miller provide Tom with lessons that will
last him a lifetime.
