Character
Characters are people, animals or things, who may act, react and change during the course of a story.
While it's great to have characters that look good, what's more important is that they have well-defined habits, feelings and personalities, just like a real people. Think about characters you know and what makes them unique. These could be characters from TV or people you know in real life.

A great way of coming up with story ideas is to have two different characters talking to each other. Interesting stories often start out with opposing characters. Something simple can be the start of an interesting story like; one character loves apples; one character hates them, for example. Conflict is an easy way to get the ball rolling.

Now that you have explored your character and the world around them, start thinking about what they look like and how you'll draw them. Most characters in popular TV shows are made up of really simple shapes like circles and rectangles.
