In ‘Under the Hammer’ tonight is a “black lady lamp” in excellent condition, complete with its original shade. While these lamps have never been politically correct they are still quite popular. This one was made in Australia in the 1950s by George and Jean Barsony.

Panel estimates:

Niccole: $350
Adrian: $400

The lamp sold for $320.
